Privacy policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Who we are
Bon App is the business responsible for your information for the personal information collected through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices and rights you have under the privacy laws that apply to us.
What we collect
- Information you give us when you contact us, such as your name, email address, phone number and your message.
- What you enter in the forms on this website (for example enquiry, booking or newsletter forms).
- If you message us on WhatsApp, your phone number, WhatsApp name and the messages you send us.
- When you order from us: your name, contact details, delivery and billing address and order history. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical information our hosting records for security, such as your IP address and browser type.
- When you use a form: technical information about your device and browser (such as your IP address, browser details and how you interact with the page), which Google reCAPTCHA uses to check that the form is sent by a person and not by an automated program.
Why we use it
- to reply to your messages and requests
- to handle the enquiries, bookings or sign-ups you send through our forms
- to process, deliver and support your orders, and keep the records the law requires
- to keep this website secure and prevent misuse
- to meet our legal obligations
We collect personal information only when we need it to respond to you, provide the services you ask for, run and improve our business, or meet our legal obligations, or when you have given your consent.
Cookies
- Strictly necessary storage: your browser remembers your cookie choice (tdn-consent-v1, 12 months) and, if you use it, your light/dark preference. These do not identify you and are not shared.
- You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We only share it where needed with:
- our website hosting and email providers, who store data for us
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us there; WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that service
- our payment and delivery providers, to complete your order
- Google (reCAPTCHA), to protect our forms from spam and abuse. This is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure. Google may process this information outside your country, and Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms) apply
- authorities, when the law requires it
International transfers
Some of our service providers (such as Google) may store information in other countries.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires (for example tax and accounting records), and then delete or anonymise it. Google Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable service providers. No method is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you and the authorities about a serious breach where the law requires it.
Marketing
We only send marketing messages with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy
- ask us to correct or delete it
- object to its use, including for marketing
- withdraw your consent at any time
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will not charge you for a reasonable request.
Children
This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent of a parent or guardian.
